After a long winter of developing the land, Johnson & Galyon Homes is proud to announce that we have broken ground on the first three homes at Legacy Cove at Rocky Hill in Knoxville!
For those not familiar with the neighborhood, Legacy Cove is the vision of developer, Joe Reed, who called on Johnson & Galyon in late 2014 to help with the project, because our reputation of quality and dependability is well-known throughout East Tennessee.
Legacy Cove is a new 12-lot, maintenance-free community featuring luxurious single-family homes in a French cottage style, and it’s designed to be the kind of place where neighbors can really get to know one another. Located just off Northshore Drive, there are presently nine properties still available with floor plans ranging from 2,600 to 4,000 square feet, and prices starting in the low $500s.
