Private Cottage

After completing multiple renovation and restoration projects listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this owner contacted Johnson & Galyon Homes to complete renovations and additions to an existing 2,500 sq. ft. cottage that overlooks the Tennessee River. All the interiors were renovated and updated while maintaining the historic nature of the structure. A keeping room with scratch fireplace was added off the living room and a rear wall of the cottage was opened to allow flow into a sunroom, enhancing the views of the river.
